 Charmaine
Troy, Principal Broker and Owner
Charmaine opened Exquisite Dwellings, LLC in June 2006. She was
born and raised in Lumberton, NC. Charmaine attended the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she received her Bachelor of Arts
in Journalism and Mass Communication. Prior to entering the real
estate field, Charmaine was a litigation paralegal for 10 years. She
entered into the real estate profession almost six years ago.
Charmaine is a member of the Junior League of Raleigh and advocates
for the issues of homelessness in the community and AIDS awareness.
Her volunteer efforts include mentoring children and teaching members
of the community how to clean their credit and homeownership.
Catrina Edwards, Atlanta Sales Associate
Catrina joined our Atlanta sales team as a sales associate in July
2006. She hails from Alabama, where she attended Auburn University.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration.
She also received her masters degree in Public Administration from
Troy State University. Her interests and hobbies include exercise and
reading.

Anderson, Atlanta Sales Associate
Anika Anderson joined our
Atlanta sales team as a sales associate in March 2007. She hails from
Boston, Massachusetts. She attended Savannah State University in
Savannah, Georgia. Anika is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority and
is married with one son.
